Kyle Bronson scores podium finish at Ocala Speedway with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series
On Tuesday afternoon, Kyle Bronson kicked off five straight days of racing at Ocala (Fla) Speedway with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Bronson opened up his week with a 11th-place finish in the $7,000-to-win opener before finishing 13th in Wednesday's main event.
With over 40 Late Models checked in for the first points night, Bronson laid down the third-quickest lap in his qualifying group before taking the checkered flag in his heat race. Kyle started the $10,000-to-win main event from the front-row and landed on the podium in third. He trailed Jonathan Davenport and Brandon Overton while Brandon Sheppard and Devin Moran completed the Top-5.
Kyle recorded another strong run on Friday evening as he drove to a sixth-place outing in the $12,000-to-win show but missed Saturday's finale after a fifth-place finish in his B-Main.
